I feel like i have sand in both eyes tries eye drops did not work please help thanks??
Answers: Your eyes are probably really dry. If otc rewetting drops arent helping then you should probably go see your optometrist - you might need prescription drops or possibly punctal plugs. But you need to rule out infection and that it is is just dry eyes.
Hope this helps!!
you may ask some one to have a look at it inside, see whether there is any dots growth. sometimes it is easy just wipe it off by a clean tissue or gauze. if doesn't work, see your doctor.
the film your eyes produce contain several key parts and depending on which one you lack, different drops work differently
Don't use contact lens rewetting drops for this unless you actually wear contacts
Thera Tears has a good line of OTC lubricating drops, see your doc and they will give you a sample if it is just dry eyes. If not, they be able to tell you what is going on with it
have you been welding, thats what it sounds like. i had an eye problem before and it felt that way but i think it was because they were so red and veiny it felt like sand. either way you could get some polysporin or antibiotic eye drops from the pharmacy without a prescription. if there is an infection it should help and if it doesn't you should get a referal to an eye specialist. my parents told me back in the day they used womans breast milk and it cured eye infections, probably a freak accident helped discover that, lol. the antibodies in the milk i suppose could help. hope it gets better soon, i know it's beyond irritating when your eyes feel buggered, it's just not an option to keep them closed.
i know that feeling!!! here is an amazing drop you should try its called blink ! its phenomenal! if that doesnt work you should go to the doc
