Blurry vision and headaches? I wear glasses??
Question: last night I got blurry vision it's the same today, I am getting bad headaches, I had my eyes checked to years ago could it be my glasses or looking at the computer?
Answers: Your glasses could be either too strong or too weak. You said you had your eyes checked 2 years ago, I suggest you check them and tell your doctor about your symptons.
Good Luck :)
time to make an appointment with the optometrist
Time to get an eye exam. Really you should get one once a year. Wearing glasses with an out-of-date prescription will give you headaches, and staring at a computer screen in them will do that too. Most likely you just need new glasses or contacts. Good luck!
Yes it can be your glasses number one side effect of wrong perscription for glasses is headaches also if you are at the computer to long it can be also combo of the two if you are on the computer and straining your eyes too much, then it will cause a severe headache may even start a trigger of migraines!!! you don't want that for sure !!!
I would agree with others to check eye doctor, but I have also a different story.
About 7 years ago, my eyesight was blurring badly, and I wear glasses always. I couldn't read the big freeway signs until almost up to them. Was scared I'd be legally blind in 5 years, as a middle-aged man.
I started taking Bilberry, an herb which helps open up blood vessels, especially in eyes and legs. With more blood flow, there's more nutrition getting to eyes. Being an herb, it's nothing quick. lt took me about 2 months before I noticed a change, but I did notice an improvement in sharpness.
And by 3-4months, my eyesight had improved drastically. When I used to look at mtn tops and see nothing but green blobs, now I can see individual trees, my eyes have sharpened so well.
But it didn't mean that I don't have to wear glasses. I'm still at same prescription. There are various natural herb and vitamin packages at either Walmart or a local health food store. The better blood flow might help with headaches, too.
I had great success with my use of bilberry. You may not, it may affect you differently, but it won't hurt you.
But I strongly suggest trying it for few months. It made a world of difference for me.
God Bless.
