Please help me...don't know what to do!??

Question: I am always paranoid about everything, I can't sleep facing the wall at night, becuase I think someone is standing over me and watching me. No matter what I am doing, I constantly feel like I am being watched and often feel guilt for no reason.
Most of the time I feel like I am dreaming, and feel like people are 'making me' think certain things, almost like they are putting thoughts in my head. What is wrong with me? What could this be?? Please help me! I can give more info if it would help! Thanks in advance!
Answers: This is called paranoia and you need to see a doc to get help for it.
You need to see a psychiatrist, or go to a mental health facility. You may be having symptoms of a serious mental illness, and you are definately suffering from paranoia.
Some times if everything is not going well with my life I have thoughts that I am going to die or I would take a nap during the day and wake up scared as if it is all most it for me I have 4 children I am married and I am only 25 I don't want to die or I don't have crazy thoughts of harming others or my self Is that also being paranoid?
Dear,

Don't worry so much ! All of them are only feeling and you'll be all right. Do your work hard. And take exercise before sleeping yourself. To take exercise regularly and read some funny stories before going to bed yourself. Certainly you will feel better. Don't make a think about the related problems.
Relax yourself and you'll be better.

Have a deeply sleep.
Yeah, you are suffering from generalized anxiety and actue paranoia. Are you doing drugs, sweetie? I am only asking, because certain drugs 'cause this sort of behavior.

It seems that you are also under great stress. You need to destress. Try mediating, reading, taking warm bubble baths. You need some YOU time.

Good luck, sweetie.
The dream state is the function of the sub-conscious mind. What you are seeing (dreaming) is that part of the mind attempting to correct things which have been implanted during the day or historically. Sometimes from the long ago. The guilt factor indicates you have had some traumatic event in your past. Yet to be taken care of, but working on it.

What you are relating is suggestive of you being within the 25% of females having a rather universal problem. Something which occurred during the formative years or just shortly after. But, was quite traumatic at the time. But the memories or triggers bring about the actions and reactions during the present time. The imagination fills any gaps left with negatives
