Bowel movements help!??

Question: I only go poop every 3 days, sometimes longer. I eat meat almost everynight, eat 2-3 fruits a day, 1 vegtable a day, and I put fibersure on my foods becuase i know that i dont get enough fiber. Where does my food go? I dont understand. Is there anything besides a laxative that I can take that will help me go to the rest room. Also, what foods are best to eat to help you go daily? Thanks
Answers: I would stop with the meat for a while, it clogs the bowels and takes 7 to 10 days to digest...put alot more water in your diet and alot more veggies, physilm seed will help you go, it is really bad to go so little..you need to totally clean your system...you can go to penny c royals website and get a great cleansing diet..there is also natural laxatives...www.herbalremedies.com/herba... hope it helps...drink more water...
go to the doctor that's bad to keep all that sh*t inside you
Prune juice will do the job
Why do you need to go more often? As long as you're not cramping or severely constipated, this is YOUR body's way of things. No need to force it to do differently.
Bread. Or(like Forrest gump says) Thats what my momma tells me.
I have t he exact same problem as you. I would suggest go to your docter and ask. My docter just told me to get more fiber, drink lots of water, and if i have to take laxative (which is what i have to do) which sucks because it makes me feel sick.
everyone is different but meat is slow moving, bran anything
will start your movement, broccoli type veggies work,8 cups of
water a day sweetheart
As far as food goes- you can eat prunes, or drink prune juice. Apple juice may help. Don't eat bananas. I think rice stops you up, too. If you are taking a fiber supplement, you have to drink A LOT of water, or you will get extremely constipated. I wouldn't worry, as long as you are not in apin,. and it is normal for you. Hope this helps!
