Will Milk Help Me Grow Taller??

Question: Im 15 years old. will milk really help. on tv they always put milk helps. or is it just a lie?
Answers: Drinking milk alone will not make you taller. The TV ads are partially true.
Milk has calcium which you probably know builds strong bones.

Your growth is controlled by your brain and hormones. Milk has nothing to influence either of these. However, it does have calcium in it which helps SUPPORT the growing bones to make them stronger and bigger (which is good, bigger not as in getting fat) for *a better quality of growth*.

So in all, growth is controlled by your body and is internally regulated. Milk can't make you grow, but it is a great supplement to your growth.
