How could i control my sleepiness? i could sleep all day & all night, forgeting everything to do.??
Question: i need some non medicine way, some steps or tricks that would help me, i just can't wake up.

The fact that you're felling very sleepy throughout the day (like me) is probably because you stay up night, or most likely don't get enough sleep. My personal suggestion would be to try to make a commitment to waking up at the SAME time every day for at least a week. That way, your internal timer will know that it has to be ready for (lets say) 7 AM in the morning. At night, you will naturally fall asleep at when your body wants you to. Of course, your problem is getting tired before night time. Other than this I suggest a few other things:
- Power naps. Really look into these. Just remember DO NOT power nap for more than 20 minutes and for more than once.
- Not too much caffeine before bedtime
- Perhaps some exercise. I personally do pushups when I start falling asleep. It gets the blood going.
Other than that, perhaps it could be a medical problem. When I was easily tired, I went to the doctor becuase it could in fact be a medical problem. However, he said everything was ok and it was most likely due to stress and anxiety in my life.

drink a glass of ice water. it's naturally invirogating, without the caffine. also, when you start to feel tired, get up and stretch. get that blood flowing.
I guess you have lack of nutrients that is making you inactive which in turn causes drowsiness.. Drink lots of water.. Increase greens in your diet, start exercising at least once a day, say for a minimum of ten minutes.. Try growing interest in anything you do and give it your best.. Also try staying involved in some work and keep yourself busy... Reduce working on comp / watching TV for a long time.. get at least six hours of sleep everyday..This will make you feel fresh and new.. go ahead.. good luck! :)
