Having problems with my sleep cycle??

Question: I am having an awful time getting rested. I do have a pretty hectic life and my job doesn't give me a consistent schedule. By the time I come home most nights, I am so tired, but my mind won't shut down. It keeps me awake, no matter how physically tired I am. And then, I can't wake up in the morning. It's like I'm not in control of my body as I hit the snooze button over and over. I just can't get awake enough to move.

I have a perscription for ADD, but I take that in the morning and it only lasts about 10 hours. I have an inconsistent schedule for work, varying from getting home at 9 to getting home at 3. About average is 5 pm, because I go to the gym for about 2 hours. I have a lot of healthy meals to eat, but none of them are filling enough and then I have stomach pains from being hungry, on top of a mind on overdrive.

If you can help me, I will be so grateful.
Answers: You need to eat a little more. You're torturing your body for no reason.
That's why you're stressing so much and why you can't sleep.
