Answers: A hot bath before bed
Read or watch TV before bed(this puts me right out!)
Cutting down or eliminating any caffeine. Don't forget the caffeine in sodas and coffee and tea.
Tylenol PM is not habit forming. I used that when I was first leaning to sleep in the daytime because I work night shift. Worked great! Good luck and take care.
you try taking a warm bath 5-6 hours before your sleeping time...
Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/ for more info
