I can't I sleep??
Question: I try to go to bed early every night and I just toss and turn all night long and my neck and back hurt really bad from it too. I have even tried taking melatonin and that does not help at all.
Answers: Maybe your going to bed too early! Read a book before bed, take a hot bath, drink sleepy-time tea, do some good stretches before you go to bed. I take Melatonin every night before I go to bed and it works for me. I think you have to take it on a regular basis to get the full effect. Mine is 3mg, and has a stress reliever in it as well called Theanine. Within a half an hour I can't keep my eyes open.
Work on a hobby, it may relax you
Try reading a book in bed.
I also take Simply Sleep , a sleep aid.
See your doctor. You may need a rx to sleep.

if you cant sleep then you should not force yourself to sleep. you should get off your bed and do something you like eg,reading and dont keep look at the time if you do you will be very stress its like counting down time.
