To be or not to be that is my question..........??


Question: a non- smoker.........I have smoked for 14+ years and am having a hard time letting go HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Answers: My mom is in the same situation. First, find a reason why to quit. Maybe it's for your kids or maybe your health. Second, cut down. If you were doing a pack a day, then probably half a pack. After you complete that, do half of that and so on. When you go down to one a day, try 1 every two days, then you eventually quit. After that, you'll feel proud of yourself! Cold Turkey is harder, but if you really want to quit, your conscience inside will know I need to quit! I wish the best of luck to you!
Mints and lots of them. Replace your craving with another craving

And plan some sort of activity to take your mind off it.

If it doesn't succeed, you didn't want it bad enough.
