I got this bad attitude at work, how could I fix it and where shall I start??

Question: I'm 29 years old and I found my temper gets worse while I'm growing older, I have bad attitude at work, sometimes at home, is it something to do with hormone? I really want to fix this, could somebody help me please?
Answers: Hormones, drugs, doctors, all may help some but the real problem may not go away unless you try something like this. The good news is that you noticed AND _you_ want to do something about it. This happened to me and to other people I know. The thing is as adults, we forget that we are still learnign and changing. The trick is to manage our own issues and keep improving --to stay positive and still stay in balance.
The three main things to look at are these:
1. Is there anything or anyone who really bothers you but you have just been keeping it in (shhh bottles like this tend to steam up and explode)? If so write them a letter as soon as you can sit down and get it all out. Then decide on you own, or ask someone else you trust whether it can be sent as is. There are people who really care about you if you think about it. If not, try to paraphrase it and speak to the person or the memory so that you can move on. Sometimes all you have to do is tear up the letter and forgive the memory and start fresh. Jesus WAS big into forgiving and so is God/Allah/Buddha.
2. Figure out what makes you happy or what makes you laugh and do more of it. It may be that you need to go get that dream job. Maybe you, or someone you know, doesn't think you should leave the job, but follow your heart. Or as a fabulous and fresh air answer, do what I did and move to a smaller town (if most of your partying days are over). You will be amazed at how many more smiles brighten your day and relieve your stress. Soon you will be smiling more too!
3. Walk or bike, get some exercise 20minutes or more outside every day or almost everyday. It does wonders. Good luck!
TRY TALKING TO JESUS THIS DOES WORK , I KNOW YOU MAY NOT BELIEVE AND MAYBE YOU DO..BUT TRY IT ..IT DOES WORK!
You should consider taking an anger management course. You need to figure out what the underlying cause of your anger is. It could ruin your chances of success.
I can't think of any tips, but maybe check and see if there is an anger management course you can take in your area. Take care.
Maybe you just really dislike your job and that is your way of making it known that you don't like to be there?
