Bladder infection??
Question: I have pain when going to the bathroom. Its been like this for 3 weeks. Could it be a bladder infection, UTI or something else? HELP!!!!!!!!
Answers: It's been 3 weeks! What are you waiting for? Go to see a doctor as soon as you can. Have you tried drinking more water and holding on the urine at the near end as you pass it? If it's not a chronic one, usually it helps you ease it out.
You said that you've got a caesarean 3 weeks ago and got pain eversince. I think that can't be considered normal. Have you gone for OG control after that surgery? Normally it should be done a week later. Seriously, go ask your OG and wait no more, especially if there is no indication that the pain is lessened with the time. I've got caesarean myself twice some years ago, and never had such a problem. I felt pain just for some days in lower abdomen but not when I went to the bathroom. Hope you solve your problem quickly.
See a doctor ASAP. It could be a UTI(urinary tract infection), it could be a bladder infection, it could be PID (pelvic inflammatory disease). All can turn serious w/o treatment. 3 weeks is WAY too long to let it go. Especially for females, UTI's can can rapidly pass into the bladder and then into the kidneys.
See your doctor immediately.
