I'm not sneezing or coughing, but I'm congested like hell...??
Question: Trying to lose this damn cold (had it for 4.5 days). I've been doing all the typical stuff... juice, tea, vitamin c, sleep, Tylenol cold... What else can I do!? My nose is on fire, my throat isn't bad... Nose runs a little sometimes, I blow it... Help!?

Are you sure it's a cold? You might want to go in for a diagnosis if the symptoms aren't getting any better. Not that the symptoms match up, but I've heard of many cases where people have had pneumonia and didn't have a clue. Don't mean to alarm you, but I'm just saying maybe you should get a check-up.
it's called fall allergies. try and get some sudafed medicine. it works wonders. :]
Depending on where you live it could be late season allergies. I know here it was 90 just two days ago and so the mold spores are really bad and so anyone with mold allergies are basically walking around with kleenex boxes in their pockets. The weather is colder this week and so it should be getting better soon. It takes a hard freeze to kill mold though. Get well soon.
Take a hot bath in peppermint soap or put Vick's Vapor Rub in a bowl or hot water. Cover your head with a towel and place your face over the bowl, make sure to cover your eyes. Feel better!
boil up a pot of water with cloves and steam your self put a towel over your head over the big pot and inhale for 5 min might do the trick if not you smell good for the day
Sounds like your doing everything right. Colds just take time. There is no cure for the common cold. You body just eventually fights it off. Usually takes about a week. Give yourself a few more days.
sinex 12 hour spray for your nose... tea honey and lemon together will break up mucus if your old enough add a little whiskeyto the tea honey lemon..you taking tylenol cold night 12 hour? When taking a shower allow the steam to get into room and try to sit there..You can also go to a pet store and go into fish department and see if they have penniclin or any antibotics for fish..They are in capsule form..And this may sound crazy but it's true its just like human antibotics but cheaper..you can also order them thru Foster and smith.
