Everytime I eat sugar, my blood sugar goes up so fast, what is wrong??
Question: In a matter of minutes, I already feel the effects of it, especially after eating something sweet. I get a headache and feel really dizzy. Is there any enzymes or pills or anything that will help me? I dunno exactly if my body is processing the sugars too fast or if its some sort of allergy?
Answers: U might be diabetic or you could have blood pressure or if u don;t eat sugar a lot then when u do thats what usually happens. What u can do is go to Wal-mart if u have one in your area and go to the pharmacy section and they have a blood pressure and pulse machine that takes it for you. Then eat candy and then take your blood pressure and pulse to see how much it goes up that might be helpful if u decide to go to the doctors so u can tell them the difference.
You need to go see your doc and get checked out. This is a normal reaction to sugar though as you have to have enough protein in your body to counteract the effects of the sugar.
R u diabetic, get your bloodwork done and then take it from there., in the mean time cut down on sugar and salt for ur bp.
