Question: everytime i eat i have a bowel movement with stomach pains iam a diabetic what is causing this problem has happen for three months now help please
Answers: If this has been happening for three months...you need to see a doctor. I dont know who told you you had bacteria in your stomach, but its time to go to a doctor and find out whats wrong.

IN the meantime, try eating yogurt. It has live active cultures that help regulate your digestive tract. Also stay away from greasy foods since that tends to aggravate stomach problems. From your description, you sound like you may have IBS(which is no fun!) You should also check and make sure you arent allergic to anything you are eating or drinking.
I think you might be suffering from IBS- irritable bowel syndrome I get this too- a rumbling and discomfort achey pain and then you go- try to avoid alot of fatty or greasy foods and fruits- stick with bland diet- when my ibs acts up I eat cooked rice with steamed carrots and sprinkle some parm cheese on for flavor, it helps bind me some.
I avoid milk and ice cream like Turkey Hill, I stick with sherbert or bryers which doesn't irritate my stomach.

Bland diet for a few days and see how this works out.- no butter/grease and try to avoid dairy.
Greasy or high fat food and acidic food like citrus juices, carbonated drinks should be avoided. A tablespoon of Coriander seeds is a natural home remedy for stomach aches, to be eaten after meals. Check out http://www.aches.in/homeremediesstomacha... for more info.
it sounds like you might have colitis due to stress. drink 1 cup of the 7 blossoms tea at bed time with no sugar. that will help your stress, and with out stress your stomach will get better.
I am sure you know if you are a diabetic, that it is very hard on all your organs, for one thing. It does sound like you have irritable bowl syndrome, and I also have that. Here is what took care of it for me: Get some really good probiotics flora, that will help take care of the bacteria. You also need to be using a good fiber every day, your body will take a week or so to get used to the fiber, but once it does it will really help you. Doing both of these can also help your diabetes.
