Answers: Please undergo kidney function tests. Abdominal ultrasound may reveal:-
* A cause of abdominal pain
* Stones in the gallbladder or kidney
* A cause for enlargement of an abdominal organ
Please also conduct Urinalysis and Urine culture.
Please see the web pages for more details on Kidney function tests, Abdominal ultrasound, Urinalysis and Urine culture.
Go to your regular doc not ER and get your urine tested. INSIST that they do a culture of your urine so they know what bug is causing your infection and they prescribe the correct medicine.
i think that its your gal bladders you may have to have them remove from your bladder because you cannot sit or do anything.
Go to the doctor. That is a very serious thing and can cause long term damage to your kidneys. Don't worry about the bill and how much the antibiotics will cost. What will that matter when you are dead?
you should go to see if your eligible for medicaid.
Kidney stone
if you have back pain , abdominal pain and fever. check you kidney infection by urine examination . antibiotic (norflox or oflox in my county) and drink 3-4 lite/day of water can solve .good luck.
When my daughter had a kidney infection (she was in hospital for five days.) When she was sent home, I was told that if she has back or lower stomach pain or a fever we should come straight back to the e.r.

You should know also that once you've had a kidney infection that part of the kidney is scarred. Unlike other organs where the scarred part of the organ will continue functioning, the kidney scarring renders that part of the organ non-functional. This means that the more infections a person has the less kidney function they will have.
I am telling you this not to scare you but to tell you to take this situation seriously, don't be embarrassed to go to the e.r. In this case the bill may be worth it. Better to be safe.
Absolutely go to your doctor!

While you're waiting to go to your dr, drink as much water as you can possibly get down you. I got my first horrible bladder infection while on vacation in SF and called my doctor and that's what they suggested. It isn't used instead of seeing the doctor, but it helped.
