If i have PCOS and on the verge of having diabetes, is this a good diet to go by??


Question: Breakfast:
1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup blueberries
And 3/4 cup of all bran cereal and only 1% milk

Lunch:
4oz piece of chicken
2 cups string beans
1/2 cup kidney beans
An apple

Dinner:
Poached Salmon
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup brown rice

Snacks:
String Cheese
Dry roasted soy nuts
sugar-free jello/pudding

i am currently eating this way and was wondering will i have success with loseing weight? sometimes i substitute items.
Answers: Your diet looks good. The only red flad I see is that you have PCOS. Not that anything is wrong with that but, due to this, I would contact your doctor and have him look it over.
