Whats the best diet for insulin resistance or pre-diabetes??


Answers: I have type 2 diabetes. The best thing you can do is cut out as much sugar as possible. I still have a candy bar once in a while, and even a pizza, however, I do it in moderation. Another good piece of advise, cut your salt intake down, if not completely. Salt tends to raise the sugars in your body. I used to be on 2 different medications for my diabetes, and my doctor has since taken me off from one of them, and now he's considering taking me off the other one as well, because I am able to keep my sugars at a healthy level.
