Help me with this terrible and sad weight problem! please!??


Question: im in my teen years and i keep worrying that im going to get diabetes when i get older cuz im over-weight so can u people give me BUNCH of good ideas to loose weight fast (not diet pills or surgery ideas please..lol) and i mean really fast and my friends feel bad for me cuz i've nvr worn a bikini or something like that and when people invite me to pool parties, i don't go, so please don't let me live that life any more and give me ideas to loose weight really fast.
Answers: You need to exercise, first and foremost. Try doing 60-90 minutes/day. Split it up into 15-20 minute intervals throughout the day if you can't do it all at once.

Cut way back on the junk food and fast food. Eat smaller meals more frequently(three meals and two snacks) that have lots of veggies and a little protein. Hard boiled eggs, nuts, yogurt etc.

If you do this you will start to see results in two-three weeks. You have to stick with it.
The key of losing weight is taking it nice and slow..
Remember, the weight didn't just happen in day and it won't go away like that either..
You have to REALLY WANT to lose it. Keep focused on your heart and other organs and what it is doing to you...
I had the problem also but I went to the sports center and exercised in the pool... I have had 2 total knee replacements so I cannot jog or walk on treadmill and the water exercises did the job.

its a hard struggle but wishing away your problem won't help.
You are in the condition you are in because of what you put in your mouth on bite at a time..also exercise should be your best friend..
Weight watchers is the safe way to go..you cover all the bases with very little money put out of your pocket...there is no excuse for being overweight in America cause there are so many self help groups like over eaters anonymous
Right off, I want to tell you that it's great that you want to change things in your life. At least you're in the right frame of mind to get started.

First of all, the kind of diabetes you're worried about (Type 2) can be reversed in 80% of afflicted patients just by having them lose weight. So it doesn't have to be permanent.
Second, if you are overweight, there is no way you can lose it really fast . It will be a long and frustrating process, and in order to succeed you have to want it more than anything. The best thing to do is speak to a Doctor or nationalist. In the meanwhile stop eating junk ad fried foods. Drink juice water or milk, cut the soda and sweets. Cut the amount of breads you eat and do not eat at least 3 hours before bed. Take brisk walks. Be happy and healthy and be good to yourself.
First you need 2 go 2 your local health store and get some charcoal in a capsule, i know it sounds weird but charcoal is very good for your body it cleans you out. Basically everything inside of you that isn't supposed to be there will get cleaned out. take 2 everyday 4 2weeks! then, go on a diet, the only thing on this diet that you are allowed 2 eat is cabbage and chick peas, all the nutrients will burn fat fast also it fulls you up quick!Also don't 4get the most important thing, EXERSIZE!!! that is key!!! i hope i helped!
Lose weight fast, and you'll put it back on fast. Also, if you're not will to exercise then you're not going to get anywhere with this little project either. If you're like a lot of people you need more motivation than what's around you everyday. After my son was born I had a hard time getting the weight off. I finally decided to go to a Weight Watchers meeting to see what it was about. You don't lose the weight fast, but steady. You also learn HOW to eat. Although I don't go to the meetings anymore you wouldn't believe the things that I don't do now because I learned not to through Weight Watchers. Also, you're not alone. You'll be there with people just like you talking about things that you can relate to. You get some good recipe ideas also. They have a website. Look into it.
Hey, there is no fast way to lose weight, and if there is, it's by starving yourself which is bad because you end up binging and you end up heavier than before. Best way to lose weight is to exerise, any kind of movement is still considered as exerise from running up the stairs to cleaning the house is all considered as exercise. To loose a pound a week you have to burn 500 cals a day, to burn 2 pounds a week you have to burn 1000 cals a day. Remember if you lose more weight than this in a week than it means you are overdoing the exercise or you are eating too little which becomes dangerous.

Also, to make the time fly, set yourself small goals like 1 pound a week and start off by eating half the junk food you eat at the moment then the next week cut out ALL junk food including sugary drinks like soda. As you start to feel better and fitter set yourself higher goals that you feel you will be able to keep and not break because its so much work for you.

Eat healthily, Fruit and veg, protein (which is found in meat) and suprisingly yes you have to eat those CARBS and FAT! You have to eat 6-11 serving of carbs a day and because you will be exercising you cannot cut out carbs otherwise you will overwork your body. You still have to eat fat incase your body has no more energy from the carbs, but make sure you eat healthy fats. (Like cheese and milk just take it easy on the cheese though)

If you have a craving for something fatty or sweet, drink water
(remember to drink loads of water) occupy yourself with something and after 10 mins you will realise the craving is gone. You can also still enjoy your food whilst on a diet, just decrease your portions. If you feel that you may be a bit hungry by decreasing your portions, then drink 2 glasses of water before you eat. Please don't starve yourself, it's not the answer have 3 healthy meals a day and you will heading the right way.

Also remember starting a new diet is not something youu should dread but something that you should look forward to, Don't completley deny yourself of everything, if you want a chocolate bar, have it just but don't have five just have 1. It's up to you to decide how often you will eat chocolate, once a week or once every 2 weeks would be fine, but don't think that as soon as you eat chocolate your going to put on a stone. Sweets/Crisps and chocolate are not unhealthy it just gets unhealthy when you eat too much of it.

P.s. If you don't know what type of exercise you do, google up some exercise, pilates and cardio are great for getting into shape! Of course it may take a few months to see results but it will be well worth it..God bless..x
Well if you are really overweight, you might want to try that gastric bypass, a couple of girls I know got it done and WOW they look good now. But remember that all surgeries have risks.
I know you said without surgery, but that's the only way to do it FAST. Because you dont want to stop eating, that's not healthy either. Just limit your portions, instead of eating all your food just eat half of it. Also exercise
Eating healthy and exercising is a great way to start.
