Which is the least caloric, least fat and salt but great taste healthy TV dinner??

Question: Im trying to loose weight.
Im 42 yr. and 255lb.
I work 12-13 hour shifts involving manual labor and long peroids of standing. I get a 30 min. lunch and 2-15 min. breaks, if Im lucky. I have cut coffee doen to 12 oz. a day. But Im addicted to dt. coke: at least 12 oz. daily but usually more. I drink 1-200 ml of water a day.
When I get home, Im so tired and hungry I want to eat then sleep.
I can have weight loss motivation all day but when I get home, I loose it and want greasy fast food. I can't sleep until I get what I want. Im in a family of 4 the only one with a weight problem. The others are so thin they can eat more than me and not gain an ounce.
Im feeling depressed and my legs hurt from current condition. I no longer go to a gym for many reasons.
weight loss has been a life long battle: loose some gain back twice as much.Im at risk for diabetes. Family history of heart disease. I take medication for depression, GERD high cholesterol.
Answers: I love Lean Cuisine as a supplement to meals. They have great french bread pizza and my favorite is the Mac and cheese. The best part is most of the meals are around 7 grams of fat and 300 calories.
I lose weight by eatting 4 meals a day of 300 calories or less. Eatting 4 meals means that I never feel hungrey and lean cuisine fits right in when I am too lazy too cook.
water
I eat frozen dinners at work almost every day. I've tried several brands and I've found the Lean Cuisine ones to be the best tasting. They're the only ones I've found that have actual vegetables in them and they're usually high fibre/low fat. I personally think the Thai Chicken flavour is best!
