Really want to know some genuine tips to put on weight,have any??


Question: My height is 5.3,according to which my weight should be 50kg.But it is 43kg.I have normal funtioning of thyroid gland,no diabetes,haemoglobin 12.8.Pls guide.Very desperate to increase my weight.

You have not mentioned your age. For 5'3 you must weigh about 60 kg. Take milk ,curd if you are below 40 yrs , nutritious diet , have a good sleep without worries and tension and you must put on weight about 1.5 to 2 kilos per month.
See a Nutritionist!. It's better to get advice from the people who really knows.By the way, eat more then usual like 6 or more times a day?.

eat,,, eat and then eat some more. but dont eat crap like junk foods. you want to make sure you eat the right kind of food which has lots of protein, less fat, and medium carbohydrates.
when eating a lot you need to exercise atleast 45 mins to an hour atleast 4 times a week.
get 7-8 hours of sound sleep a day. unless you have any other serious medical disorder, this is sure fire way to not only gain weight, but get strong, fit, feel and look better
if you want to put on weight and not build up muscle then you should eat full fat food and buy full fat drinks milk for example.
