How am I doing??
Question: I just measured myself from my side; I'm 10 inches thick. I look visibly overweight, but I don't have a hard time walking or anything. I feel healthy; I'm 280lbs yet I don't seem that big. I look more like I'm about 160 or something. Oh yeah, and I can sprint at about 25km/h for about 20 seconds before I'm out of breath.
I took a diabetes test and my cholestrol levels were good, so I know I don't have diabetes. What's your opinion on how I am? I still want to lose some weight, though.
