What food can I intake in order balance a salty n oily meal??
Question: I am still young n I dun want to have diabetes in the nd half of my life. What can I do after having a heavy salty, oily, fried food meal? wht food should I intake to balance my salty meal? I do drink ltos of water after every meal n I luv bananas. any specific fruit / food can I take?
I believe most ppl luv eating, n not only when they were young. But in order to have a healthy body for the whole life , i think something should be control or done when we were young so we can still enjoy the fun of eating when we became old : )

Answers: You mean like burger and fries? If that's it, I would definitely say eat plenty of veggies, especially raw. Celery is really good, it's a negative calorie veggie, plus it's really good for your digestion. Also carrot sticks, most salads (easy on the dressing), and for cooked veggies the best are green beans, broccoli, and zucchini.
Plus, be sure to take a multi-vitamin every day!
