I'm a 19 year old female. I weigh 248 lbs I have Pre-Diabetes, stretch marks, serious trouble staying awake?
Question: I'm always sleepy so my doctor is sending me to a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea or narcolepsy. I stand during my lectures to stay awake and when I'm in the library I'll fall asleep and wake up 3 hrs later. Yes I get enough rest. Is anyone near my age in the same situation? Any success stories? If so, what is your age and sex and how old were you when this happened or started happening to you?
Answers: I am somewhat older for sure I'm 50 yrs but had fatigue problems related to my weight. I did not have signs of Diabetes but the Dr couldn't understand why. I was 400 lbs in March 07 and I started using a nutritional cleanse and fat burning system that helped me release my weight safely.
I now weigh 245lbs and feel amazing and no loose skin. I know that people of all ages are having these results. Of course adding a fitness routine to your life and a improved nutritional plan makes all the difference. I beleive there is no need to depair over this type of weight any longer and for you it could, depending on your will and determination, be a thing of your past. Looking toward a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Numbness in feet is usually from Peripheral Vascular Disease. It means that the blood flood to the feet is not sufficient. It does not necessarily have to do with Diabetes either.
