I am a skinny 67 year old male with no diabetes, heart disease, etc. and very healthy. I exercise moderately..?


Question: Here is my problem: I love sweet things and eat lots of them. Could I continue to do so without any harmful results?
Answers: No you cant.. You will get diabetes one day. Nobody is perfect.. you doesn't have diabetes doesn't mean u won't get it. So don continue eating them so much. I think you should eat more meat and so on as you are skinny but must eat healthy food too.
