Are :1- Strawberry , 2- Watermelon, 3-Kiwi Fruits good for Diabetes??


Answers: My Mom's diabetic and she eats them all the time. That plus apples , oranges, bananas, cantaloupe. Her sugar levels have been GREAT since she started baking as opposed to frying and using the above fruits for snacks. Good Luck
Yes, just don't overdo it. For example, finishing a whole watermelon in 2 days might not be healthy. Then again, it depends on the person's diabetes (is it really serious, etc.)

strawberry's kiwi yes it depends on the watermelon if your kidneys are good .you should have list what you should have .talk to your doctor and get the list my husband is a diabetic here is his list.kiwi-1[3.5oz ]-strawberries 1 1/4 cup whole berries watermelon 1-slice[13.5oz or 1 1/4 cup cubes yes all fruits are good for you but get a list 1 fruit exchange equals 15 grams of carbohydrates and 60 calories the weight includes skin,core,seeds,and rind. and you know that 18 grams make up 1 carb. all fruits are good for you it depends were your diabetes is at what stage your in to so think about that.
