How good is garlic for high blood pressure and diabetes??

Answers: it's only good at helping to maintain an already healthy blood pressure and blood sugar. If you already have high blood pressure and diabetes I wouldn't risk your life on them.
Besides, garlic is better at meaintaining a health cholesterol than blood pressure.
Eat right, test your blood sugar and have regular blood pressure checks (or buy a good quality pressure cuff...and make sure you know how to read it). Take your meds and follow your doctors orders.
Stay healthy, exercise and releave stressors.
good for bp

Not much good, but very good if you wish to be alone.
yes, it's pretty good... i think it's effective because i saw it on the shelf at a pharmacy called garlic or whatever... if it works then of course they would make smaller supplements or whatever for people that don't like it and want to get better.
Lower your blood sugar and blood pressure with a natural remedy. A new whole food nutritional tonic has been proven in human clinical trials to reduce blood sugar levels naturally. I have friends who have tried this who have been very impressed with the results. Blood sugar levels can be normalized in 30 to 60 days. This tonic helps with lots of other health issues. It taste great and works better than anything on the market. See the more by clicking on the diabetes button at http://www.viabenefits.com . Garlic,(and onions also) help clean out the blood, and helps to lower your cholesterol.
GREAT OR SO I HEARD I GUES SYOULL HAVE TO DO SOME SORT OF TEST TO REALLY FIND OUT ..
For starters, if you are overweight, lose some. If you smoke, stop. Excessive alcohol consumption may elevate the blood pressure. Hypertensives should limit alcohol consumption to less than one ounce of ethanol daily. That means less than 8 ounces of wine or less than 24 ounces of beer. Even better is to eliminate alcohol from your life altogether.

In at least half of the cases of hypertension, the reduction of salt in the diet proved to be helpful. The elderly and African Americans are the most likely to benefit from restricted salt intake. Read the labels of foods, since you might be surprised to find out which foods are high in salt/sodium. A food is considered high in sodium if it contains over 250 milligrams of sodium per serving, and this includes most cheeses, sausage, Danish pastry, many salad dressings, many olives, bouillon, etc. Read those labels.
