I need to loose about 30 pounds. I have diabetes so i have to eat all my meals and i cant eat just no carbs.??
Question: Any suggestions?
Answers: Carla,
I would suggest doing 30 minutes of cardio in the morning, walking, running, treadmill, stationary bike, etc. Do at least 30 minutes of strength training. Eat a good lunch in which can insist of, Chicken breast, fish, tuna, rice, beans, fruits, vegetables. Eat a healthy snack two hours later. Eat a light dinner. Remember to drink plenty of water through out the day. I would suggest that you stay away from soda, juices, or coffee. Don't eat after 7:00pm. If you do this you will see major results within 4 weeks. In August of 2007 I was weighing 215 and I stand at 5'7. Today I weigh 160 pounds and this happened because I followed this plan. Have a great day!
no carbs isnt' healthy. just stick to complex carbs (whole wheat for example) and just stay away from fried foods and really sugary stuff. and ofcourse, exercise, like jogging or walking.
and don't let your sugars get too low. it will make you feel starving when you actually aren't
switch to whole grain breads (carbs) and try not to take in so much sodium and such......veggies are great! and so is fruit!.....try maybe cutting down on meat and eat some nuts or grains....it helps me! lol
also no softdrinks! drink water instead! gl!!!
run eat alot of small meals
