Ok so i have high cholesteral and pre-diabetes and i am really over weight and i have to loose weight soon or??


Question: ok so i need to loose 20 pounds in almost a month i know it unhealthy but i need to or else i'll be put in this medical thingy and i cant have that happen so i need some ideas on weight loss that dont involfve anytype of pills
Answers: Excersise, try eating healther cut out the junk food.
if you are suspected to have diabetic in future ,hope not ,control your food intake,which should be qualified ,walk for 2 miles 4times a week walking is the best exercise for diabetic.

exercise!!!!! Watch what you eat. Keep a journal to see how much you are actually eating and what you can cut out!
im after losing a stone in two months and all i did was add a little exercise and i looked at how many calories are in everything be4 i ate it...its amazing after seeing how many calories are in things u rly dont want them that much! The ideal amount of calories per day is 2000 for women and 2500 for men
