My teeth are really sensitive. Any quick fix??
Question: I woke up this morning and drank a half a bottle of super cold apple juice. Went back to sleep, woke up and drank cold water, then went back to sleep. (LONG NIGHT!) Now, my bottom front teeth are really sensitive. How long does this last?
Answers: try using sensodyne or fluride toothpaste topically before you go to bed brush your teeth as normal rinse out then smear alittle toothpaste over your teeth with your finger but dont rinse if this dosn't help ask your dentist if they can apply duraphat varnish or something likewise
Are your teeth in need of attention? Do you visit the dentist regularly? If you are not on top of your dental health (3-6 month checkups, brushing and flossing regularly) than this can be the indication that something is amiss.
Quick and Easy Answer : Sensodyne toothpaste and flossing twice a day minimum.
Better answer: Sonicare Toothbrush with Sensodyne! Worth every penny and will save you hundreds in dental work if you use it regularly, as well as floss.
If this problem persists, see your dentist.
Motrin or Tylenol should help.
Sensodyne toothpaste (or any toothpaste for sensitive teeth) also will help in the long run.
But, if it continues, you may want to see your dentist.
Good luck.
