Teeth....dental hygeine??

Question: shoudl i brush my teeth with hot or cold water?

i heard cold but i thought that hot would be better because its like a disinfectant (like boiling your toothbrush to eliminate germs?)
Answers: Either is fine, thought using lukewarm water will help soften the toothbrush bristles a bit and make them kinder to you gums. Boiling your toothbrush will damage the bristles (same goes for putting it in the dishwasher). Get a new toothbrush (soft) every 3 months, or each change of seasons is a good way to remember. Hope that helps!
Good luck

Use whatever temperature water you want. It makes no difference.
Either way..it doesn't really matter as long as you brush
water hot enough to have germ fighting action would be too hot for your mouth and teeth
its not going to make a difference as far as how clean your teeth get. I use warm water b/c my teeth are sensitive.
