Is it better to brush your teeth with hot water or cold??
Answers: I think it's pretty much your preference. The hot water that you use will not be hot enough to sterilize your mouth. But bacteria grows less in extremely hot or cold temperatures. Remember that they like warm, moist environments - which is pretty much all the time in your mouth! Even if you use an anti-bacterial mouthwash, there is constantly bacteria in your mouth so all you can do is try to keep it as clean as possible .
I use something in between...
Cold hurts my teeth, but warm is... weird in my opinion.
Warm water.
Warm is better and more comfortable.
Use boiling water for five minutes on the toothbrush to kill bacteria. Do not do this in your mouth, because it will burn you. As far as the water that goes in your mouth, it becomes the temperature of your mouth pretty quickly anyway, so its initial temperature should not matter a great deal, as long as it is not so extreme that you get burns or frostbite.
I brush with warm water - cold water gives me tooth ache
I truly believe it would in between the two-
In other words: Warm.
If I had to choose though, I suppose Hot would kill more of the germs (as long as it's not too hot though; uncomfortable).
I think hot water because it kills more bacteria than cold water. Plus cold water is hard on sensitive teeth
