Is it okay to clean "Hawley" retainers with cold water??
Question: And any instructions if you know... oh also with tooth brush and tooth paste?
Answers: I would clean it much like you would take care of your teeth. First brush it well with your toothbrush and toothpaste and give it a good rinse with some listerine. They can get smelly if you aren't good with keeping them clean. Also, when you arent wearing it keep it in efferdent, the same stuff people use to clean their dentures.
