Are you supposed to brush your teeth with hot or cold water??
Answers: I don't think it should be at any extreme....hot or cold. Personally, I like my water at room temperature or slightly warmer.
I use both, but i prefer hot water.
cold is best
i rinse after brushing, with warm water. cold hurts my teeth.
