Is it best to brush your teeth with hot or cold water??
Answers: Warm water.
I like to use warm water,as it is gentle to the mouth and gums. If you have sensitive teeth, then cold is no good. Hot water, you can burn your tongue, so warm water is the safest, and is ideal for rinsing out , after brushing.
using warm water helps soften the bristles a little on your brush. this way it is not as irritating to the gums as it would be if the bristles were more stiff.
Warm. But it doesn't really matter.
i dont think its the water that does much.. its the friction of the brush or whatever u use. water just flushes it away
Warm because both will shock ur teeth
Both; brush them once with warm water; and, again later with cold water.
