What is the BEST way to cure a common cold??
Answers: Sounds corny but the best way to cure the common cold is to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Taking a cold medication is merely masking your symptoms. Nature gives us symptoms to tell us there is something wrong and something needs to be taken care of - so we just take a pill that covers up those symptoms and continue our daily hectic lives. Wrong! Take the time to not only smell the roses but to take care of your body - you deserve it.
Well as there's no cure for the Common Cold at present you can't apart from letting your body do it.
You can alleviate some of the symptoms by the use of cold remedies. These will make you feel more comfortable but won't hasten the departure of the cold.
If you feel like crap, I like taking a spoonful of lemon with some honey. Clover honey works, but I like desert honey. (I dont think its availabl everywhere though!) Good luck!
