I can only breath out of my mouth which causes my teeth to get cold, then they hurt. What can I do to help??
Question: Im sick so my nostrils are clogged up, i can only breath out of my mouth. But then my teeth get sooo cold from breathing and begin to hurt. What can I do about this? How can I make my teeth stop hurting?
Answers: It's easier to buy some some Afrin (12 hour spray decongestant) than trying to stop your teeth from being too sensitive.
Sounds like you have sensitive teeth, plus when you have sinus issues the pressure will affert you gums
Dentures and root canals are always a possibility.
