Should you brush your teeth with hot or cold water??
Question: And what do you use
Answers: Warm water to get rid of some germs and not burn your mouth at the same time.
And crest tooth paste is good too. =)
I run warm water on my toothbrush first, then I brush my teeth with warm water & I use Crest toothpaste.
Use cold water myself. Use mouthwash right after.
Hot water kills more of the germs in your mouth. I use medium hot.
Brushing your teeth is OVERRATED. I'm saying have your teeth pulled out, then get dentures. All you need to do with dentures is soak it at night in cleaning solution, not to mention the huge financial benefits of saving money on water, tooth brushes, tooth paste, dental visits, etc..plus if you are engaging in oral stimulation, your teeth will not get in the way.
Whatever is comfortable for you is fine. I use cold.
try cold then warm
=D
Its up to you. I like cold water though.
If you have ringed braces, you might want warm water.
(the cold stings against the ringing metal)
filtered medium water with colgate max fresh with mint breath strips ........... whitening
It makes no difference. I use tepid water 'cause the cold water makes my teeth hurt some.
