My teeth become very sensitive to cold when the weather changes, what can I do to make them less sensitive??
Answers: Sensodyne toothpaste is a good start. You have to use this every time you brush or it won't be effective. Also, you may try a fluoride rinse like ACT or Fluoroguard or get a prescription from your dentist for Prevident fluoride gel. This may decrease the sensitivity.
Change you're toothpaste and make sure you are not brushing too hard.
Also, when you're experiencing the cold pain, try sticking you're tongue or rubbing it where it is cold.
Try Sensodyne toothpaste, or a similar product.
