Is it better to brush with cold water or warm water, or does it really matter??

Answers: It does not matter. I use cold because I hate luke warm water in my mouth. Nasty.
What are you using the water for? It is common for people to moisten their brush before applying the toothpaste but that's the only time water should be involved.

Toothpaste has fluoride in it. Fluoride helps prevent cavities. If you scrub your teeth with a soaking brush after using toothpaste you effectively wash away the fluoride and have removed a lot of the benefit of brushing.

Brush with toothpaste, spit out the foam and dont rinse your mouth with any water. Its a bit weird at first but you get used to it.
I don't think it matters, but I know that some people are sensative to the cold water so they opt for warm ... I've usually used warm ... I think its a personal preference.
