Is it normal to feel dizzy after getting braces? I got braces on monday and for a couple days I would feel diz?
Question: zy when I stood up too long. I caught another cold(I was sick about 2 weeks ago for 2 days) probably from my friend's little sister. Could it be from the braces or the cold?
Answers: One thing is when I got my braces I had them on for 6 years and I remember that after I got them on and after every tightening I would have wicked bad headaches, but it's normal to feel the pain, because after all your whole mouth is shifting, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
As for the cold causing the dizziness, it's very possible, but I would imagine it could be a mix of both, but like I said it's probably your braces.
It's probably the fact its all new to you, And you were not feeling 100% at the time.
