List the Best Medicine for Migraine available in India which is effective &compartively low??
Answers: More often than not migraines are a deficiency of vitamin B3 (niacin) ........... so eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie; chicken, tuna, lean meats, whole wheat products, eggs, roasted peanuts, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes.
Taking a good quality multi B complex supplement including all the B's - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best together, will also prevent further stress causing you to get symptoms such as headaches and migraines.

migraines are caused for many reasons, some of which are eyestrain like from the sun hitting your pc monitor and you had to sit that way all day to work, or could be eyestrain that you need your eyes checked or glasses changed, could be an allergy to something you ate, could be something to do with when you last cleaned your ears, could be from a toothache or bad teeth, back out of adjustment or the way you were sitting the day before the migraine occurred, could be constipation, could be something on your mind that's really worrying you, or could even be you slept on your hair wrong, and if it's super bad and sudden it could be heart attack or stroke. So you see the list is long.
I would merely darken the room (peace and quiet) and put cold compresses on my eyes and back of the neck and take aspirin. If that didn't work I'd take a tub bath (cool water) and wash my hair, brush my teeth and have a glass of water. And then I'd go rest in the darkened room again. If that didn't work then I'd have chicken soup or something light and I'd try to totally relax my body. And I'd try to see if any part of my body is in pain (then put pressure on the pressure points, concentrating at the temple and back to side of the neck, and press then release the points).
Usually after doing all those things the migraine goes away. If not then see your doctor (determine which problem you have first). If you don't know then ask for a general checkup and a blood test as it could be something you're unaware of.
