Wats the best homemade cure for rheumatism??
Question: my leg has rheumatism and i need a fast and easy cure that i can get ingredients inside the house. and it cant be pills or anything like that because...ya. i hate them! : )
Answers: The cause is directly linked to the overconsumption of sugar and meat products, including dairy. Try eliminating them from your diet for a while and see if that doesn't help. In the meantime, here are some alternatives for you to work with.
You can use ginger compresses for the pain. Ginger increases circulation and reduces toxins that have stagnated in the joints which can cause inflammation and hence, rheumetism. Apple Cider Vinegar, every day in a glass of water seems to help many people.
Now, for the garlic compress, simply purchase fresh ginger root at the grocery store. Grate the root, approx. 1 Cup, (you can reuse the solution), place grated root in cheesecloth and tie it with a string. You should have an amount about the size of a baseball. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil, add the sachet of grated ginger root and let boil for 15 minutes. Remove sachet and squeeze tightly. (You should use rubber gloves, the solution will be very hot). Put a small hand towel or washcloth, a piece large enough to cover the area you want to make feel better, wring it out and then place on the affected area. When it cools, dip it back in the hot ginger water and repeat, or you can also alternate this with refrigerated tofu.
Tofu will hold a cold temperature better than ice and is also tolerated better by the body for swelling. Place the tofu in cheesecloth, tie it with a string and lay it on the affected area in between ginger compresses. This will help to reduce swelling that is caused by the rheumatism.
Best of luck to you and I hope this helps you on your way to a pain free future. My blessings to you.
You could try magnet therapy. Try wrapping a small magnet to your leg overnight. It should work for all types of aches.
It works for me. For info on how magnetic therapy works, Google Nikken Wellness, a marketer of magnetised apparel etc.
There is a really good vitamin and mineral supplement available in liquid form. Write back for a product name, if you wish.
There is no cure for rheumatism. You have it forever!
There's no such thing as cure as others have mentioned. But it can be controlled or managed. Some suopplement manufacturers sell products designed to block proinflammatory substances (inflamation causing molecures) and are sold through healthcare practitioners. No over the counter..sorry. And it's in pill form which you do not like lol..
as far as fast easy cure for rheumatism, let me know if you find out..you'll win the nobel prize...
Granny Clampetts Rheumatism Medicine, but i think you need a still to make it.
Check out the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. It seems to me I read that it helps rheumatism. I know it does improve some types of arthritis.
