Clear fluids for 24-48 hours. then try light,easily digested foods like soda crackers, pasta with no sauce, apple sauces... Nothing heavy or spicy. Gravol for nausea ,and if really bad diarrhea-try a couple doses of immodium.
Go on a fluid, light diet: you can always find something that you like, something tasty, other than soup! Apple is good for you, in your present condition! Avoid lot of starch, anything hard to digest: apart from sleeping, rest, listen to soft, soothing music, read (light) books&magazines! Get well soon!

well i usually snack on crackers or taost. and drink plenty of water. and dont worry most stomach flu passes with in a day or two. the main thing is to stay hydrated. i just got over the stomache flue and i was sick at my stomach both ways if you know what i mean. but it only lasted a day and a half. and i had bad stomache cramps i slept on my side to ease the pain.
