Epsom Salts??

Question: I read somewhere that if you use epsom salts in a bath you might feel like you have the flu/feel like you are going to be sick. Is this true?
Answers: I have never experienced that, but have seen warnings that since Epsom salts help detox (due to ionization) a bath longer than 20 minutes can leave you fatigued. Great if you want to go to bed! So, I always limit to 20 minutes. I assume if you are very toxic, it may be a possibility.

If you want to try Epsom salt baths, then just start small. We do 2 cups in a bath, but you could just start with 1/2 cup or 1 cup and see how you feel. Then each time increase the amount.

I really feel refreshed and relaxed after an ES bath. I usually use them after a long day of physical labor - like painting or chainsawing or piling wood. . .

i have never experienced that, and i use epsom salts in most of my baths. it is good for reducing the swelling in the legs from standing up at work all day. it also helps bruises to go away quicker.
