I just get a sickness called "Pneumonia" and what I have to do??

Hopefully, since you know you have pnuemonia, then the dr. has already given you medicine for it. You need to take breaths and when you cough up phlegm, you need to spit it out. Rest, but don't stay laying down all the time, drink liquids, and do what your dr. told you to do.
I think that if you are getting sick this often then you need to go to the doctor. Especially if you have been this way for over a year and you are sexually active because Pneumonia symptoms after a while could be a sign or signs that you could have HIV/AIDS. So I would go to the doctor immediately. Just trying to help you not scare you.
